If you are not listed as a sponsor already on the Bon Fwi page but would like to, fill out this form after sending your donation!

Every donation you make under the sponsor name will be added to the total you've donated so far this year*, allowing you to advance from a beginning banana sponsor all the way to pineapple!

*Each year begins on Haiti's Independence Day: January 1st.
